Wow. Where have you been!? :)
Not being in school anymore makes me spend surprisingly less time on the computer … But aaalways nice to stop in :)
….is not a useless emotion. inner harmony and positive thinking are important goals and meaningful tools, but they can’t mean anything without acknowledging the chaos and cynicism they are born out of. and let’s not forget, some of us have cause to be more angry than others; some of us have the privilege of inner peace, or at least being able to seek it; many of us live in a state of limbo, acknowledging (and at times living and breathing) the vast inequities that characterize our world, and yet still wanting a chance at self-recognition and life-fulfilment and happiness outside the suffocation of oppression and hazy world of anger. but, if we don’t get angry about things, then the world will remain static, voices will become devoid of value, and injustices will forever recur. sometimes anger is born out of nothing but love, for oneself, for others, for the earth… whatever it may be - learn to use that anger right, learn to channel that anger into something more.
feel what you feel when you need to feel it.
How many hours will I let slip away
before I realize existing and living
are not the same
